"I think that's the, I don't know how many countless stories we've talked about here where tech executives go up on Capitol Hill and this story coming out of it is either how stupid or uninformed they are. And so what Sam Altman did that was so brilliant, but so simple and so like, you know, why haven't everybody done this?" he said.
