The Importance of Rules in Conflict
When there's conflict, we have a choice whether to opt out or opt in. We want rules to tell us what's right and wrong because we don't like the uncertainty that comes up in the face of conflict. The superstar really values action and results. Things their ideas, the right one. And so says, you know what, I'm just going to go do this and my partner or the team's going to thank me for it.
