Can Someone With DID Specialize in EMDR?

I get asked the question point blank all the time, can someone with DID specifically do EMDR therapy? I've had so many DID therapists who are trainees come to me. And my short answer is yes, people with clinically significant association can most definitely do EMDR as long as their clinician isn't afraid of their dissociation. Because it shows up in every diagnosis. It's not just a DID thing.
