What Is a Habit?
By the time you're 35 years old, if you've memorized a set of behaviors and emotional reactions, a set of beliefs and perceptions that have become part of your identity. Your subconscious mind is just like a a group of programmes that you have programmed by the thoughts you think repeatedly. And once the programme has been an unconscious process, it only takes one stray thought or one reaction to your environment, and the next thing you know, we go unconscious. We fall asleep at the wheel, because now the body is running the show. So lot of information, but let's talk about it very simply.
