Some of you have been with narcissists in your past. I know the feeling, trust me. And yet my question for you is this: What good does it do to continue talking about the narcissist that you were with and what he or she did to you? Because all it really does is validate your ego and validate the ego's need to be a victim. All it really does are validate your ego's needs to blame someone else for what is happening in your life. We put labels on things like the hot one nowadays as narcissists. In this moment right now, you get to choose. You get to choose to realize that all of life is never about the past or the future
