Are You Taking Care of Yourself?

People like me have to start losing weight round our middle that we've allowed to accumulate overtime. As one gets older, you're all right, you're going to be fine. But in 30 years time, you'll be saying, ye, i'm not quite as slim as i was when i did te the bulk of my interviews. So people have to take care of themselves. They've got to exercise and lose their weight. And those are the two very good ways of even if your h t l doesn't come up high, it's active. That's important.
