Kobe: I just did a whole 90 minute workshop last week. It was called finding your thing. One of the things that, and he doesn't know who made up this exercise, but it was about mining the mountain. And so I always called it the Stoke File. So my idea is like, just start to pay attention. Start to notice when they show up. Just try little experiments. That's all it is. You're never going to have complete information before you can act.
