Banks Can't Lender Reserves to Businesses or Individuals

The money that we use in real economy is not the fed, but is actually commercial banks. I also thought that banks lent reserves out. That's what i heard. Do you want to elaborate on that? Yes, banks can, can lend reserves, but they can only lend reserves to each other. Reserves cannot be lent to businesses or individuals because those people don't have a master account of the fed.
