The Importance of Listening to Your Experiences
Sarah says it's really hard as women as people to not put our own experience on the reaction of a friend. "I can tell you things that my darkest things love things that I am shameful about and you listen and you never make me feel judged" Sarah also talks about how she has been estranged from her partner for two years, who hasn't shown up at their dinners in two years. She thinks so many listening are not on the journey yet and have so much work to do.
