How to Deal With Emotional Eating
Angela Davis: I would feel like I needed to overenade. Sometimes it was, you know, healthy food, like a lot of nuts. Sometimes more often it was snacks and cookies and chocolate. And so I had this pattern that I would move. I would breathe. I would get myself busy. We would connect with people. After a while I realized that this emotional eating pattern completely disappeared from my life. So stress management, emotional management, that's a huge thing, folks. It happens very fast."
