The Key Lever Is to Motivate the Kids to Communicate

Communication is really key for pro positive prognosis in autism. We're trying to with our minute moment to moment interactions with the child, we're trying to get them increasingly motivated to interact. And that's why we think focusing on communication actually helps motivate children to interact socially because they learn that interacting with people is really fun and then they seek those opportunities out later.
