What Is the Difference Between World Building and Community Building?

World building is still pretty centralized, and that it's about what narrative you're trying to present to the world. I think there deatly are a lot of communities that wept through where they are trying to blur the two. Having a community that is, i guess, like building its own narratives, writing ts own narratives, in a certain way, still needs good moderation. The act of who can moderate a certain community or forum, of course, can be distributed among many people, and you can rotate who those people are.
