The Presidential Records Act: A Meaningless Defense

The Presidential Records Act says that all Presidential records belong to the federal government at the moment the president leaves office. Trump was in clear contravention of that law by having official records at Mar-a-Lago after his presidency. He quoted an actual sentence from the Presidential Records Act inside of that speech right there, but he left off an important point.
