Knowing just enough to be able to have a level of ampathy. O belike, ok, i understand why this feature is going to take x amount of time to develop. That helps me communicate with the stake holder or clients that i have. It's really about being a team member that has empathy for the work of the other stake holders involved. And there are a lot of backgrounds that have that kind of experience without product management in their titeleso.
