The Importance of Fruitful and Multiplying

Alex Castellanos: The first six verses of Exodus chapter one are kind of like a previously on, you know, you get that at the beginning of a TV show. He says Moses summarizes effectively the last third of Genesis with those few verses and reminds us how we got here. And then comes a gear shift in verse seven and eight when there arose a new king over Egypt who did not know Joseph. Castellanos said it's almost like what's happening through the people of Israel is an outworking of God's purposes at creation.
