How Does Paul Use These Terms?
When you look at the household code in Ephesians 5 and compare it to other Greco-Roman household codes, it's like you have some semblance of similarity. But it just reads so differently than Aristotle that's like, why submit to your husbands because the woman isn't fearier or whatever. And here the woman is given agency and dignity by being addressed to submit toyour husbands.
