The big three for hair loss is kind of debatable. I've always wondered if the main efficacy of ketoconazole is actually its endrogen receptor weak antagonism, or does it just clear debris and prevent fungal and bacterial infections? Botulinum toxin has been published and researched pretty extensively with great results. It's definitely an interesting option for men that may struggle with oily skin or acne.
