The Buzz Around a Kitchen Environment

Shef danny edwards has suffered from depression while working in hospitality. He's been in professional kitchens for 20 years, and has experienced some big hies and some big loavs when it comes to food. A kitchen's such a stressful environment - you can lose touch with the outside world a little bit. And often chefs don't have a great deal in their fridges at home, cause they're always at work so they've not got access to the ingredients that they've got at work. So hence why a lot of chefs have quite bad diet.
