i think it's important to just be realistic with ourselves, am, and andtino. Just roll with that andn make the improvements that you can at the pace that youare able to. It is so hard because we're so used to just believing, no, it's a fact that should be going faster. But then actually that has an effect, right? S like, but weight, this is happening slower than i thought. And it's like, ya, da, like, we're priortising sits like weight. What is happening? So hard.
