Laisre blake: I don't see this as remote work, and whether somebody's of color or not, as being a negative. As i mentioned earlier, there are affinity groups. So many organizations have a black employee resource employ a group,. Or they have one for veterans or what have i. You knowwe what gets you the job in life is am is 80 % whom you know.
