sansto: I'm originally from seattle to places in the us. i spent a good part of my working life in the fire rescue servicei actually was fire chief in three jurisdictions in three states. That's where a lot of my exposure to psycho social hazards occurred. And so i come to this discussion from the i was on the street, seeing what bad stuff looks like perspective. The other the way that i describe it s i like for each of you to talk a litle bit about the difference between psychological help and safety and psycho hazard mitigation.
