The Importance of Mixing People in an Organisation
It's around people who are trying to drive change in an organisation. And by bringing them together and sharing stories, they can hopefully do it better with more confidence or just make a good serendipitous connection. I think that's an interesting thing for me, is actually seeing it in action in the UK. Because I think it's that kind of mixture of people who wouldn't normally be in a room is a thing that makes it more interesting than if you're like a talk. Especially because in this one it was me talking.
