The sanoaquin valley is like an agricultural heartland. There's also a lot of meat king plants there and food processing plants. The majority of the people who work on the farms or in the plants are immigrants. And most of those immigrants are latino or latina. It could have been me sitting at my breakfast table eating fosole.
