Is Everything Pattern Matching Too Quickly?
The idea that everything is a remix and then the idea of adjacency are super interesting routes to begin our mind. If you're not adjacent, if you're in your lane all the time, I am going to have this tendency to think how I've always thought because I already think I know some things. And so I'm pattern matching with the incoming information too quickly. It also lowers the stakes, right? You also don't feel the same amount of pressure when you're visiting colleagues conferences.
