How to Get Your Thinking to Align More With Yours
Most risk managers are just doing random things. Most of the things that have been proven to not work, but then they have selective memory. And they never back test their methodologies anyway, because you're a good luck back test in your heat map. I think the only saviour for majority of the risk managers who use their own thinking is that the internal auditors are as unqualified as they are.
