Petersen: Before you scale it's important to understand, does your idea work with the constraints and warts that it's going to face. That's called policy based evidence in my book. And where you do it, of corse, i advocate doing it up front as one more treatment arm. But you don't have to do it up front. You can do a little market and in a part of seattle, like we do at left, and then expand it and then add to policy based arms. While you do that, no problem. It is very difficult to get young people, middle aged people, older people to actually do replications because they're not highly valued
