Are There Any Armies That Are Attesting Swarms?

Rika: Is it not simply better to have more accurate, more precise targeting of enemy s than in a very simplistic way how war has been perpetrated for the last 50, maybe a hundred years? Wouldn't a i technology just improve the efficiency of war on those grounds? So i'd say more precision is generally better, but not at any price. And if the price, for example, that we cannot forego the situation where there's a human being in the loop, maybe it's not worth it. We could end up in arms race scenarios, flesh wars, o escalations no one wanted caused by these weapons.
