Craig: I would say in my day to day and sort of my mindset. I don't really fight for the users in a traditional sense that I'm trying to protect them from like the evil stakeholders. The villains are like just kidding. We love you stakeholders. And so what I try to communicate is, you know, is having good UX and having like a really user friendly product. It's going to grow faster. It'll cost you less in support costs. It'll be able to focus more on building the business rather than putting up fires kind of thing.
