Is Pair Programming a Great Way to Improve Your Code?
Pair programming is an old, agile practice that I see so rarely and wish I could see much more. It was a fantastic way for me to learn, for example, different shortcuts in the IDE. But there's a more radical version of pair programming which is called mobbing. You get the benefit of everyone's feedback,. Everyone can be learning from each other very rapidly. Have you come across places where mobbing has been common?
