The Southern Scagrian Mythology

The most important thing that we know of regarding the Southern Scagrians for all the reasons that we just talked about with their biology is that ability to create the heat generating or heat storing medallions. When Calseir arrives with his little posse, he either builds or already has some form of technology that they call an excizer. We don't really know exactly what these excizers are or how Calseir discovered them and created them or anything like that. But because he brings these excizers to them, he really only teaches them how to make the heat medallions so that they can survive. They then reverse engineer that technology to learn how to create other types of med
