The Transformation of European Security
We see a kind of frenetic pace around European security at the moment with changes every day we couldn't even imagine. Mini-lateral ad hoc groupings, regionalism seem to have become a driving force, particularly in Northern Europe. I think NATO as an institution focused on military security is now relearning some of the lessons of how it needs to defend against a major, though not as large, a military threat stemming from Moscow as it was during the Cold War.
