Listening and Systemic Change

The more I read about listening, the less I know. My preference is to listen to a book first and then make notes on it. A proof of 300 pages roughly takes a full day of concentration because of cross-referencing. The result was a much better book for you, the reader, the listener. It taught me a powerful lesson.
