The Parse Community in India
Parses, or followers of the zorastrian faith, that settled here in india are one of the more recent additions to this country's diversity. They hail from the historic region persus, now known as the iranian plateau. Over the years, parcies have become very much an integral community in india. From gravied mutton dansa, fried chicken, farcha, or the locally celebrated spiced fish boni machi. I think their cusine has only helped that popularity.
