The Limits of Journalism
I think consensus is an unreliable guide to the truthfulness of a particular hypothesis. I wouldn't ban info wars, for instance, on the grounds that it's trafficking in conspiracy theories and disinformation. Even if there was a wholly reliable, politically neutral way of identifying conspiracy theories, misinformation, disinformation, I don't think that would be a good reason to suppress it. Because suppressing it doesn't actually end up persuading people that it isn't true. If we make a factual claim, we will source it wherever possible. We'll link to peer reviewed scientific journals. The most other websites when setting out our arguments.
