How to Start a Design Career

I would have preferred to start at a larger company, for sure. Startups are hard, man. I would go back to a startup now at this level. It also depends on the type of startup. Tonal is very much a consumer product, wants to be like Apple design and to be frank, I just was not there. So something that is more practical, more defined goals that you need instead of flex your design muscle.
