Is Short a Rhetorical Device for Community Formation?

You say the word has been used to both create and divide communities. I'm assume the creation is something like when you say, you know, you heard it growing up in your own household. Well, again, nigger or nigga, or words like that, have been used as terms of endearment. They are, they can't be community forming. We're going to tell these other folks, you all can't. You can observe us, you can like our music, but you cannot use this word. This is our word. So that's what, that's what i was referring to. A has it been used as a way of dividing people? Short's been
