Is It a Good Thing to Do in a Small Mid Sized Business?
I think we're already starting to see amazingly but yeah you're right I think it will sort of shine through as people reflect and start to implement some of the things that they've taken on board. You know ruling by force and autocracy is just not just not going to work with most people these days. Getting to know each other within a small mid sized businesses vital because then you start to understand what really makes them and motivates them as wellYeah very, very thought provoking. We sort of walk the talk as well isn't it? It's amazing how much golf clubs have put so much emphasis and training investment into the sort of turf maintenance area which is obviously the right thing and neglected
