I'm Not Consistent With My Identity, Right?
A lot of it has to do with the identity of the client and why they choose to go and hold. Some people identify as someone who trains five, six days a week. If if i don't train for like two days, or you have a week off, you are immediately like, i need to go and holds. But what's interesting is, now we work with people that for most of their life has identified with not a fitness person at all. And then they start slipping. They're more like, you know, i'm just back to my old self, not going to the jim again. I think this whole candus thing can open up some new options in terms
