The End of Dissociation
If life is what the association looks like and observed from across its dissociative boundary, then death is necessarily the end of the dissociation. So I think when we die, we become the universe - although our individual self will cease to exist because individuality is directly tied to dissociation. Our individual self will probably cease to exist but it's only from the perspective of those in the dream that there is a great loss.
