Is There a Hash in a Problem List?
It's been over a year since I did one of these. hashtag Adam Answers used to be a monthly segment where I answered listener questions about the history of medicine. Ben Johnson asks, quote, existential question that occurs to me 20 hours into call as an OSLA residency intern. Why do we use and he's a hash with the number or pound sign to denote new items in a problem list? Seems like a good question for Adam Rodman.
