How to Make a Gluten Free Starter

If you've got a starter that smells of vinegar, check it first of all for visible mold. It's not necessarily a write-off if there is some mold on it. You can retrieve it. If there's no visible mold, just feed it and keep it, feed it regularly. Keep it going for a few days. Use it for sourdough pancakes, use it for Sourdough porridge.
