The average cost of a data breach it's going up year one year oh god and the number of that breaches are going up exponentially. The maths involved in doing it properly will evolve into a team of people who is just their job to do that. You're going to need quants eventually to be able to work this out with very high power machines to give spare numbers that can be absorbed by the right audiences. Even if you make the right decision 99% of the time we should make you pretty awesome you've still got a number of decisions you're making that are not spot on right here.
