Facebook's Platform in His Free Speech Rights
Even if you get rid of section two 30, what are you left with? Facebook will still be allowed to essentially allow any kind of speech it once on its platform. i just don't think that would flywiththe supreme court, or really probably any court, m just because of the first amendment. It is not to say that without section two 30 a reform, we can't do anything. But like, the first amendment in general, limits just how far you can go with this,. Like regulating a social media platform.
