How to Get More Responses Through the Job Placement
There is nothing that you can't teach clinically. You can sit somebody down that has zero dental knowledge in front of a computer for 17 videos. By the time they stand up, they will know the difference between a period on us and an orthodontist. So if you're not utilizing resources like front office academy or something like that, I would strongly suggest it if you want to start hiring people that don't have any dental experience.
