Is Megan Unemployed?

We spoke to a stay at home parent called megan who loved her job as a domestic violence advocate, but she told us that child care is too expensive. For megan, we say she's marginally attached. People in this category have looked for a job in the past year, but they're not looking for one right now. Some people with health problems get access to paid leave and still get counted as employed.
