Innovation Is the Product of Capitalist Incentives, Right?
The capitalist myth here is that like, you know, I mean, TMK spends a lot of time talking about how innovation is itself a bullshit term. And for the most part, people would not do this job, whatever that job is unless they were coerced to by a system that required them to do that thing to live and gave them a very small number of options if any such that this was the only job available to them. That doesn't sound like a good system or incentivizing anybody to do anything. It sounds like a system that's coercing people to do stuff, right? Like, yeah.
