How to Learn Emotional Intelligence in 2040

I'm talking to Paul from Asperger's from the inside in the year 2020. I run an emotional intelligence course online that's a self-guided course. And we've got a webinar coming up on the 13th of July, which is an introduction of how to learn emotional intelligence. The key learning from that particular webinar is how do we go about getting better at these skills? Because they are skills, just like any other. They need practice.
