Kathy and Rebecca Thomas were found dead in a car on the colonial parkway. The vehicle had been pushed over an embankment, but it didn't fall into the river. A jogger spotted their bodies three days after they went missing. Authorities are still trying to figure out who is responsible for the deaths.
