Is Homeostasis Going Awry in Epilepsy?

There's a hypothesis that things like epilepsy, are this a example of plasticity gone awry? And so, it's still an unanswered question exactly how things like homeostatic plasticity might play into conditions like epilepsy. There's not just thinking about the brain, but also, like, i'm a trimotype one diabetic and there's a feedback loop that we use to modify the insolent and the sugar that hos throughout our body.
