The Ukraine Crisis: How to Rebuild Ukraine
There is absolutely no way you can rebuild Ukraine without establishing a secure and sustainable peace. And the bulk of the investment to rebuild Ukraine will in fact come from the private sector, from the Ukrainian sources and of course international sources. So that's the problem we haven't quite got to yet. But I note that during the summit, President Zelensky's rhetoric changed after the G7 announced its determination to provide Ukraine with some form of security guarantee. He seems to have softened on this issue.
